On 15 January, my wife called Edgars to query an amount of -R2495 that is reflecting as a credit on account. They confirmed that it was indeed a credit and we need our debt counselors to give an authorisation letter that they may release the funds to us. We have obtained the letter and has forwarded this to [Email Removed] and again today to [Email Removed] Both people said that they will get back to us but none has yet to do so, they also claim that they have not received the mails, after I have received confirmation of delivery. I do not want to fight can you just please give us our money back asap???
