On 15/12/2012 we returned a Samsung 40" LED TV because it had a black broad line through it. On 11 January 2013 we were contacted for a refund because they could not fix the TV. We settled for Samsung Smart TV and paid extra. 2 weeks later the sound of the TV was gone. We took it back to Game and the store manager did not bother to come see us and said the TV must go for an assessment. It has been more than a week and we have heard nothing. we just feel that paying R8000 for a two week old TV that must go for repairs is a rip off. indeed. Not to mention he never had the decency to come see us. We have three other flat screen TV's much older than this and has given us no problems.
