id did ask the management team at the store to please find out for a pair of nike shoes and a bushnell range finder. i needed prises on the items.. they took my number and told me they will get back to me before 12 januarie, but gaurenteed me that ill have the shoes before feb, nothing happened.
this is not the 1st time and im a bigg customer for the store but get no satisfaction from the store. previously had the same story neveer received a call nothing form them.
i do go to the store offen nothing happens...
they dont know their stock and dont know to work with customers.
before they tell me that totalsports dont do the shoes at all, when i went to another store i saw a few different coulirs in the shoes and the colour i wanted.
so i would say they are chassing their customers away, easy way out dont need to work hard to get something for the customer.
whats going to happen. LIKE I SAY ITS NOT THE 1 ST TIME
