8 litre Double Deep Frye

I ordered a 8 litre double deep in cash on 25 October 2012. The second time I used it the left element packed up, I reported the problem and was told, first to send it to the repair centre, which I refused as I wanted a replacement. They asked me to return it to Wynberg office via postal service and the cost would be refunded. I managed to courier it to them and they received it on 6 December 2012 . After numerous Phone calls and getting various promises on when the new 1 would be delivered, I phoned them on 7 January 2013 and demanded my money refunded. They have promised me that my account will be credited by 11 January 2013 and I wait in the hope that this will happen as I am a Pensioner and money is valuable, I would not recommend this company to anyone, because they are incompetent and there is very little friendly customer services.
