My colleague and I ordered 2 Crystal Aire Leaf Purifiers on the 11 of December 2012 and they have not been delivered. We phoned Groupon on 30 January 2013 and their Call Centre said that they had a backlog and will be delivered. On 18 February 2013, we discovered that Groupon was advertising the Air Purifiers again on their website again, but still have not received our order placed in December. We did sent them an email enquiring the status of our order, but Groupon did'nt answer. On 20 February we phoned the Call Centre again to enquiry, only to be told that the supplier does not have stock anymore and their courier company was liquidated so we will refunded. After our enquiry we received and email that we will be refunded. It is surprising that Groupon is advertising the same Air Purifiers again whilst the supplier does not have stock, and they do not communicate with clients regarding the status of their order. It's disappointing.
