I send a cancelation letter on 25 September 2013 for the subcription to be cancelled as from October 2013. Numerous follow up to have the deduction cancel was fruitless till this month after promises that it will be send to the administration section for cancelation and refund.

During December I spoke to Riana that promise she will follow up and that my money will be refunded. Todate no money was refunded and a deduction for January 2014 was effected.

Today the manager, Gary (087 135 0542) called to informed me that it will be send for cancelation and he will let me know.

R276 is not much but can make a difference.

It have been 4 months and it cost me a lot of money to make those calls to to have to listen to empty promises.
