In March an arrangement was made with Capitec bank to pay off half my loan from the next three months from April -June it's the first month and I keep getting calls asking me why my loan is in arrears when the arrangement was made with the bank because of my financial situation. I keep explaining the same story to the same organization that granted the arrangement. the branch even authorities the reversals of the payment. Do they not record these notes on record. I was contacted by a venda speaking consultant yesterday who hung up on me when i told her my frustration over the 10 calls i have received over te passed two days regarding the same issue.
