Constant Phone Calls

Unfortunately I missed 2 months installments on my account, which I acknowledge is my fault as I have had abit of a financial issue. However I managed to make payments on the 2nd and 7th April. I made an arrangement to pay the account each week, however the amount i gave I was not able to make but I still paid something. Yesterday morning (14th April) in church my phone rang about 3times and it was someone from Edgars. After church i went to Edgars to make a payment again. When i made the arrangement i mentioned that I will pay weekly and then clear the balance in May. However this morning i get a call saying thank you for my payment but its not enough. The more i told the lady i know but i cant afford to give more she kept saying an arrangement was made and im not standing by it however i feel that atleast im paying something every week as apose to nothing. My account is not even over its limit. For the 1st time in months my account is not paid due to circumstances out of my control and I get endless calls for payment. Then i get told i must just pay the full outstanding on the 2nd May. This is not acceptable. There are people who dont even pay, i am atleast trying my best.
