Patethic service I've received from their call centre. Have been requesting them to send me a letter with the outstanding balance as well as their banking details. i have been asking this for the past two weeks and there is no help. Got an e-mail from them on the 22nd April 2013 saying they will send the letter within 2-3 working days. It's a week later and i still don't have the letter. Called their call centre 0214602300 spike to Madre and Tanya who are both unprofessional and rude. I WANT THAT LETTER SENT TO ME AND WANT TO CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE RENDERED BY TRUWORTHS AND DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYMORE.
