To whom it may concern.
I would just like to tell you how disgusted I am with the service we have received from Edgars.
I received a letter on the 10th of November advising that my account is open and active with a R6200 credit limit. When my wife and I went to go purchase they told us that the account has been closed and we need to reapply.
Why do you send your customers' letters advising that their account is open and active with their limit if it is closed.
We went to purchase on the 2nd of January as were away on holiday. We were later told that in-between receiving the letter and going to purchase our account was closed without prior notification.
I am disgusted in the service we have received I cant believe that customers can be treated this way. It is embarrassing to go to a store to purchase after receiving a letter that is account is up to date and then it just gets closed.
