I ordered a flower basket worth ZAR 650 for delivery on valentines day, the delivery was not made (and is yet to be made) and for over one week I have been following up via email on both [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but have received no responses. I have tried calling the number 011 050 1107 provided on the iFlora Website but this goes straight to an answering machine which will not even allow me to leave a message.
Even a late delivery is better than no delivery... I believe an acknowledgement of my order and numerous emails is not too much to ask.
