I ordered flowers on 18th January 2013 for delivery on 22nd January 2013 (Order No. 62581). My credit card was immediately debited once I completed the transaction online at [URL Removed] but no delivery was subsequently made.
I have repeatedly sent emails to the mail addresses listed on the iflora website, but have not had any response from them. I have also tried calling them, but all numbers on their website, google and Telkom Directory do not exist. I demand an explanation from them and a full refund considering the embarrassment suffered by their pathetic service delivery.
If the business does not operate anymore, it is unethical and of them to be taking peoples money for goods promised and not delivered.
This website needs to be blocked from operating before more people are.
