No flower delivery made after payment

We ordered flowers on the 29th December for delivery on the 2nd January 2013. Our credit card was debited however no delivery was made. We have sent countless emails to iflora, but have not had any response from them. Telephone voice messages go unanswered. Is iFlora still in business? They are taking people's money but not delivering the goods. Their website should be closed down ASAP before others lose money.
