My order with Mr Price Sports was shipped on 8 September 2022. I have been lied to and empty promises have been made to me since Thursday, 15 September. Apparently it was on route to the store on Thursday, and again on Friday, and again Monday, and then I received a call from the call center on Tuesday advising me that a special arrangement had been made for my parcel to be delivered. Well, needless to say, it's Wednesday, and it is still not at the store. Oh, and then I am insulted even more by receiving a whopping R50 gift card via email today. Seriously... is this a joke.
