Horrible service

I was at the Menlyn store yesterday to buy 2 itmes, it began with me having to help myself because there was no assistance at the furniture department. After struggeling with the items to the till the one barcode was missing, the lady at the till was taking to long to get someone to help, then i eventually just pick up the desk and took it back myself to get a new one, then when she scanned it it was not on the promotional price advertised. After waiting for somebody to go get the manager on duty i eventually walk to her myself and then she continued to do something else before assisting me.

My problem is not even the fact that all this happend, my problem is the HORRIBLE attitute this woman had, i thought both items was on promotion and made a mistake by saying that the one was but it only goes on sale today, thats my bad and obviously i was upset by now with all this, but i'm still the customer and the way she handled this was VERY unprofessional.

I dont even want somebody to phone me about this, i just wanted to share how horrible the Menlyn barance's service is.

PS - i eventually left without buying the items, im sure i'll manage somewhere else
