A multi billion rand business that cannot give me the R500 for the gift card that i purchased and did not load anything! Then the admin lady tells me that there is no record of the purchase when i showed them on which date it went off from my account. Shocking excuse telling me it couldve been any shop in the waterfront where the money went off. If a purchase was made at any shops it would`ve stated where the purchase was done.
They gave a card but nothing loaded???
