A multi billion rand business that cannot give me the R500 for a gift card that i purchased and did not load anything!
The admin lady telling me that there is no record of the purchase when i showed to them on which date it went off on my account. Shocking excuse telling me it could `ve been any shop in the waterfront where the money went off. If a purchase was made at any shop it wouldve stated where the purchase was done.
They gave me the card but nothing loaded???
