I am waiting for 4 weeks to be refunded for Parts. Almost R. 5000.00
Please refund us.
We heard all the excuses.
Time to refund.
For 4 weeks we received no feedback from your side no phone call no e mail.
But today after I phoned customer care you emailed me and sent me an sms for the first time.
But the past 4 weeks I was the one who must phone and all that I got was a cheeky lady on the other side. Who refuses to put me through to the Manager.
This morning I also phoned her at 8 o clock she refuses again to put me through to the Manager. She told me he will phone me when he is available By one o'clock today I had enough. I phoned again. This time a woman she said her name is Nikie told me that the cheeky lady told her to tell me she got no news on the payment yet and the manager is not available. After I told them I am going to report them they sent me an e mail telling me they are waiting for a credit note from I don't know where before they can pay me. But the past 2 weeks she told me all paperwork is in order the Manager must just do the refund. But he is only doing payment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I also told the cheeky lady this morning if they cannot refund me then i could order a clutch and pressure plate for a truck then I just can pay the difference. She was not interested to do it. I told her I always order may parts from them but they must remember they are not the only supplier in South Africa. She is and was not willing to help me in any way this 4 weeks.
Please help me.
