SAA Voyager 12 weeks no refund

I booked a flight with SAA claiming my SAA Voyage rmiles in mid August that had to be adjusted and refunded. Told the refund would take 8 weeks. Called 8 weeks later to be told it was never processed. Mathope said she would process it now and I must wait another 6-8 weeks. Today still nothing. Called again to be told it is still in 'Open Status' and thus has not been processed.
Spoke to the manager "Absa" who has prioritised a response from the refunds/payment department. Advised me to call back tomorrow for an update.
