I paid sheet street on the month of May via internet banking, then I paid their last installment at the end of June, I was owing R427 but I paid 470.I emailed them the proof of payment, they never responded. I call the call centre they again told me to email proof at [email protected], I did that. I chat with them on their Facebook page they said my query is with their account manager but after 3 month trying to prove myself that I have paid their money full they said they have submitted my name to credit bureau. I sent proof of my payment more than 4 times but nobody is responding to it
