I asked my mum to buy 2 comforter sets for me online- the site said if you order by the 19th of dec then delivery would be before xmas- what false advertising - this is what my mum has gone through since -order number 10650729717.order placed and paid on 19th. Sheet street loaded as Absa Beneficiary. Proof of payment faxed thru on 20th. Agents C Sookdeo. No feedback. Called through to N richards .faex proof of payment faxed thru on 27th. Called on monday 30th .spoke to agent Maria. Advised that N .Richards faxed thru proof of payment and "finance staff" on leave so no one assisted. Order subsequently cancelled. Paid R90 for express service, Haa Haa. AgenT Maria advised on the 30th that finance agent cudnt find details of payment which were all of proof of payment sent on an Absa generated statement. Was assured of assistance. But no feedback from anyone- this is totally unacceptable and the most pathetic service a sheet street has my money n I don't have my order - contact my mother urgently to advise when delivery wil be made - although it will never make up for the shody service n airtime that was waisted dealing with sheet street - never ever again!
