I pay my instalments through Internet banking and I received two calls from Edcon asking for payment on my Edgars account and I told them I paid it. Second day I receive another call from Cadams at Edcon asking for the proof of payment "like I would that I paid even when I have not paid". I asked him nicely to confirm after he receives email so I know he got the proof of transfer but now they dont care about feedback because they have proof that their money will be reflecting.

I hate when people call and neg for money when they have it they do not give feedback. They called too many times even receive missed calls on Sundays but when they have to give feedback they all go quite.
