Good Afternoon, yesterday I was at the Shop and I was purchasing clothing on Lay-Bye and I asked a gentleman to get me an item of Clothing which was on a Top Rail. Unfortunatel, I did not get the name of the assistant, but he is tall, wears spectacles and has dreadlocks. I requested him to assist me in getting the item of clothing from the top rail, firstly I had to wait for him to finish his conversation with a colleague, secondly he went to get a basket, he then placed it in front of me and he told me with an attitude that the clothes I was carrying were making a mess and that I must use the basket. I told him that he didn't have to be RUDE about it, he just needed to explain to me that I should have gotten a basket. He then left me there without getting the item of clothing that I requested, he then got his colleague, a lovely and helpful young lady with a beautiful smile to help me. I did not appreciate the ATTITUDE that I received from him. I LOVE ACKERMANS and I always get GREAT Service from the branches that I use. Kindly Take this Gentleman back to Customer Services Training as he thinks he's doing customers a FAVOUR by working at ACKERMANS!! I was Highly Irritated
