Solo Shoes Incompetent Britz Staff

On the 29/12/2012 I had gone to the Solo shop in Bitz and order a sandle size 4 as the sales lady Maritza advised they do no have my size. It would be order from Polokwana branch. According to Maritza the shoe was ordered and would be delivered to the Britz branch. I was constantly told to pop in and check if the sandle has been delivered. I went the 2nd /4th Jan 2013 and had left my mobile and daughter mobile number, so that I may be contacted. To this day, I have never received a call or and feedback. I called the 15/1/2013 and spoke to Nelli was told no delivery has come and Maritza was not avaliable. Was told Maritza would return my call. This never happen as I am still awaiting her call. Once again the 19/1/2013 I called to fine out what is going on. This time I was assisted by Frieda who said my details were scratched out in the order book. She took Woodmead Solo Branch details advising the sandle would be sent there and I would be contacted. As once again Maritza was unavaliable.31/1/2013 Called the store and Maritza could not assist me and had to get Frieda to assist me. Polokane is far but on the 4/2/20/13 delivery will be made.2 date the incompetent staff neva contacted me.
