Repairs delay for almost 12 months

I bough lounge suit at fairdeal last year february and in May one couch broke and they took a month to come and fetch it, since then no comunication or feed back everytime when i all them tell me that they also waiting fro the warehouse to supply me with a new one, but my question is how long still will i have to wait because its almost 12months now...
