Shoes burn my cons and feet gets uncomfortable

I bought shoes at solo n only weared them two days cause the first day i thought they were still new but second day the pain got so bad and when i took them back they said they contact me its three months now n if i dont go to the shop for feed back nothing is happening... PLEASE HELP ME I NEED THAT PAIR OF SHOE EXCHANGED CAUSE ITS THREE MONTHS NOW SINCE I LEFT THEM AT SOLO AND NO REPLY PLEASE ASSIST CAUSE EVEN THE MANAGER FROM PRETORIA COULD NOT ASSIST
