I placed an order online and was called by Solo Shoes to inform me that a pair of shoes I ordered was not in stock, but I would recieve a refund.
This was 2 weeks ago and I still have not recieved anything.
I have sent countless mails (as they dont have a phone number) and I still have not had a reply from anyone.
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
