I am forever on the Zooms website to check for new arrivals I am a shoe fanatic and love Zoom shoes, I normally browse the site and call the Menlyn store to check availability of shoes and make my purchase there, I called the Menlyn store and asked them if they have the Diffany sandle of which they where sold out, I then contacted their Head office and they said they do have stock, I made a request for the sandle to be shipped to my nearest store being Menlyn, I explained why I am not able to buy things online, which was a week or two ago then follow up this morning asking if it has been shipped I am now informed that its sold out, This is the worst service I ever received. I expected more from Zoom especially when I know that I make a purchase every month at their stores, The customer service is not good and has no sense of urgency or empathy
