I would like to lodge a complaint. as you know that last year was a difficult year for everyone. I received a notification from pastel to renew my contract for pastel accounting, but I could not pay as I was struggling financial and I know that there is a grace period.
I phoned them on the 5 February 2021 to renew my contract. instead of renewing the old contract they sold me other software amount to R11, 224 which is R5123 more expensive that the old contract I had without any explanation that I still have the old account I have to settle. What have they done, they open new account whereas it has the same function with the one for R6100.64(Old account) and they sell me for R11, 224 is that fair?
When I asked them to use my old account, the one I had because I am not interested to the new account as it is expensive, they told me they are unable to give me back the old serial number (Old serial number). of which she did not explain to me that she will give me a new contract.
I need my old account that I was paying R6100.64 for the same package not the new account they gave me I have to pay R11224.
