I gave my vacuum cleaner on the 31 Dec 2012 into the Cresta Shopping Centre Verimark store as instructed by Games stores in Cresta... advising me that it will be alot quicker than submitting it to games for repairs.
I was told that it will 2-3 weeks for repairs... By the way I have to express disgust at a 8 month old vacuum cleaner needing repairs, which laid in box more than I used it...
It's now 6 WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING... I AM SHOCKED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE... NO PHONE CALLS, NO FEEBACK AND NO FOLLOW UPS!!!
PEOPLE DONT BUY VERIMARK PRODUCTS... NOT ONLY IS THEIR PRODUCTS TERRIBLE BUT THEIR AFTER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS...
