Bad service

Ordered goods online, the first time used [URL Removed] paid via credit card 6:50am, got 3 emails, 1 that welcomes me, 1 copy of order, 1 proof of payment... about 11 o clock that day I phoned to find out when it will be delivered, because I haven't got the feedback of delivery as promised... They said that the order is ready for shipping but they need my ID as proof that it was my credit card used (first time I heard that they need this), I faxed it... At round about 4pm I phoned again to find out when will it be delivered, they said they haven't received my fax yet, I send it again, and try to phone and tell them it has just been send... then suddenly the lines were busy from 4:15pm right until 5pm where I got the message that they are closed! I'm sorry but if this is how you do business then I will never do business again with you, I needed the product by the weekend (its now Wednesday) and according to your website my shipment would have been delivered within 2 working days so I should have had gotten it by Friday because I ordered it before 2pm! I am really disappointed! Because what was meant to be hassle free has gotten a hassle and the service is not what is advertised!
