I was retrenched on the 31 October 2011, I then went into a legit store and produced all my documation so that my account could be closed because I had account protection. I made effort to call customer service and learned that nothing was done with regards to my claim and they refferred me back to the store. I had then spoken to the manager of the store and they made me out to be a and said that I did not produce all documention required to cover the balance on my account. I then made effort to send in all the documention required to numerous agents in the call centre and nothing was done about my claim and now I am being told that the account has been handed over to lawyers. I dont feel that its right that I should pay for an account that should've have been settled by my account protection plan.
