APPALLING SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I have 2 cellphone contract with Edgars insurance which i requested a few years back. To my surprise the one contract was cancelled without my consultation and worse part i only saw this on the monthly invoice. I dont know who gave them the RIGHT to cancel my R79 cellphone insurance. Apparently its the "SYSTEM". I have been battling with the call centre agents to reinstate my cover, I spoke to a lady on the 03 December 2013 who promised and reassured me to instate it. When i enquired on the 03 Feb 2014, I spoke to an agent by the name of Joyce Letlape who promised to escalate and rectify and come back to me. She gave me a reference number and said she will call back on the 05 Feb 2014..Even now no one bothered to come back. I am VERY DISGUSTED at the service i got as far as BREACH OF CONTRACT..!!! Its worse because i never requested any cancellation. Those agents are not very helpful and they promise to do things of which they never do. I have been paying for those insurance for too long and i wont let it go just like that!!! Very very poor and PATHETIC service i tell you!!!
