WHICH PART OF THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR 3 X CELLPHONE INSURANCE FOR YEARS DONT THEY UNDERSTAND! I CANCELLED ALL INSURANCE ON THE MENTIONED DATE BUT EXPECT TO BE PAID BACK FOR THE INSURANCE OF THE TWO PHONES WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD! I WANT TO KNOW WHEN I WILL BE PAID BACK SIMPLE AS ABC! THIS IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - CANT JET HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AS WELL???
