Disabled parking rules never enforced

I shop at Sandton City most Saturday mornings.

I have yet to see Security prohibit 'able' bodies / trucks / etc. from parking in the areas designated for disabled parking, specifically the parking places adjacent to the rear entrance of the Hyperama.

Having seen disabled people struggle as the result of a trek through the parking I believe that it is time that the Sandton City management introduce and enforce a strict wheel-clamping policy, with the monies derived therefrom going to a charity for the disabled.

A similar policy should be enforced against people parking in areas designated as 'no parking'
