No response to emails and calls for 2 months!!

FNB financed a property for me about a year ago. On the 30th of October I requested a rate review due to higher earnings and a clear payment record. I got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE for weeks. finally I escalated my request and was contacted by Tercia Swanepoel on the 20th of November (1 Month Later!). I then heard nothing again! I tried to contact Tercia, but she has ignored me since. I then called in again and spoke to Fabian Walters who is apparently a team leader in the call center. He promised to come back to me, but again, NO RESPONSE. I then mailed FNB again on the 5th of December with both Fabian and Tercia in copy but again zero response. The countless calls and emails have fallen on deaf ears. Whether or not the homeloan rate is changed or not, surely someone should just communicate with me??? Being completely ignored by a financial institution does not lead me to believe that they are treating customers fairly. At what stage does one file a complaint with the banking ombudsman? I have all relating emails for discussion purposes. I look forward to any form of communication from FNB, but doubtful.
