Foreign semi solid in fraught bee

I opened a bottle of Hansa and fortunately smelled the "fraught" odour before drinking it. On pouring it there was also a semi solid of some sort floating in the "fraught" beer.

As I was leaving for Cape Town the next day I froze the contents. Should I contact one of the Health departments?
