South African Breweries
Complaint with no response

I bought 12 Hansa beers, 4 of which were sealed yet half empty. I called on 05.02.13 to complain, I was told 7-14 day turnaround on complaints - I have since called several times as received no response. I was informed B.Dampies handles my area & have tried to make contact with no sucess, when some one did call to resolve the issue, he didn't know where my area was, which was the nearest outlet etc etc - I unfortunately was driving and asked him to research the information he needed to provide me with the service and to call me back in an hour to inform me the next steps to take and where to collect my vouchers - this was 26.03.2013 (I have still not heard back from him) - it has been 2 days short of 2 months and I am no further forward, in fact I have wasted probably more time and money speaking to different call centre agents trying to get this resolved, find out who is responsible etc etc - it is NOT the duty of the customer to have to continuesly have to phone - surely the supplier should be doing their best to keep clients happy!?!
