I was looking online for a new camera before an overseas trip and my timeline was tight as it was a very impulsive decision. I found [URL Removed] the most competitive prices and so I phoned them up to check on stock availablilty as I had found out this was an issues for the particular camera at the time. Much to my pleasure Colin told me he had been on the phone with a supplier in my city that had some but it would take a week for shipping around the country to get to him and back to me, I had one day plus the weekend before leaving on the Monday. He got hold of the supplier and they spoke through things and after some liaising and communication he arranged for me to meet with the Canon regional manager Justin who was going to fetch it from the supplier and meet with at a destination of my choice. After more excellent communication with Justin I got the camera on the Saturday just 2 days after phoning in when apparently nobody else in the country could get it to me in anything less than a week. Thanks to Colin and Justin I highly recommend them in both their fields for going out of their way.
