Failure to repai

Bought samusang camera which has one year warranty on the 16/09/2012, six months later I returned it due to poor quality of images and it took time to process pictures, that was my only complain regarding the camera. After the camera was repaired I was informed to come collect it of which I did on the 25/04/2013.

I try charging it the the following day but cable/charger could not hold from the camera and just by looking where the cable should get in you can just see that there was something broken. I took it back on the 26/04/2013. Makro called the supplier ''samusang'' and I was told to take it to the supplier my self but I ask for them to take it to the supplier because I was gone be living to another province that day.

Three weeks later Makro management called me and I was told to pay R335 for camera to be repaired, I refused to do so as I did not break it. They promise to have supplier's call me but for the past two weeks I haven't heard from Makro or supplier's. Last week I called they promise to have someone getting back to me. Went there yesterday still telling me the same story and they told me the management will call me when she get back from a meeting but nothing
