ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION

I have had nothing but frustration purchasing a celphone from house and home via the internet and now having it fixed. I paid for a blackberry 9320 via internet transfer in Sep 2013. After many phone calls and emails and empty promises I finally collected the phone on the 15 Oct 2013. Since then the phone has been giving my wife problems with the scroll button. With our busy schedule I could not take the phone in. In any event it did come with a 1 year guarantee. The phone become worse in Dec 2013, with the no. 3 button and the power button on top not working. I did not take it in in Dec due to us going on holiday. I took it in on the 16 Jan, no one from house and home traderoute mall bothered to call me back except 1 lady called me once I had to make all the follow up calls. Today only Kuvendren called to give me feedback stating we damaged the button and it will cost me R1700 to repair. THE BLODY PHONE BRAND NEW IS ABOUT R1800. How the can you or Vodacom determine it was a user fault, how can you see that from a freaking button what is there a guarantee for. This is absolutely pathetic spend so much money and you get absolute rubbish in return and poor service.
