I bought a pair of shoes (brown pumps) at Legit on the 26th of January 2013. I tried returning them because someone already bought me the exact same pair. Because i didnt have a receipt the store manager rudely refused to refund me that money. Her attitude was appaulling, saying if i dont have an account they cant trace back transaction. i have returned goods to other stores before without a receipt and there was no issue.
