I had a problem with a purchase from Incredible Connection, Hillcrest. My problem was resolved immediately by Ricardo and Andrew, probably at some financial cost to them. I can only say that if all customer problems were resolved this speedily and this pleasantly Hellopeter would battle to find people reporting! I would highly recommend this store to anyone thinking of buying electronic equipment.
