AFTERNOON

Yesterday 15 October 2013; at 10:00 a bought a Ventura 3 Piece Action Lounge Suit; I paid cash for it. Then the sales person Edwin told met delivery can take up to 48h because it must come from tzaneen. Just before 11:00 Happy phoned me from the warehouse in tzaneen and told me they will deliver my lounge suit today. So I arranged with them to meet me at my work because it is easier to find my work place than my house. So at 13:00 i started phoning to find out were they are. Because I already paid for my lounge, and I already got rid of my old set at home, because they told me I will receive my new loung suit today.

First I phoned the branch here Edwin and yes I am still waiting for him to phone me back. I phoned the warehouse myself. Voilet told me they had a system error yesterday. I told her Happy phoned me and said he will deliver today. I bought the lounge suit before the system error. I told her I am so upset that I want to cancel my transaction. Then she told me they must just let them know!!! Not sorry for delay nothing!!! I will never buy from Joshua Doore again.
