Failure to adhere to their 30days exchange policy

I bought a pair of troussers from Truworths Wonderpark on the 9th August 2013. At the time of purchase, I did not notice that it had a stain mark next to the zip line. I did return it within their 30 days exchange guarantee to the very same Truworths Wonderpark, but the Store Manager there refused to exchange the troussers for me.
