Ellerines decided to exchange the suit after the Hello Peter report. When taking delivery Jaco bragged about the quality of the new suit and that it has a 3 year guarantee. They took in the old suit. I asked what will happen with it as it on display. Jaco said it will be returned, he asked Ellerines not to buy from this company again. Today I was smiled upon when going into the store to complain that the new suit was collapsing from the inside. The reason for the smile? : I have to contact customer care as the guarantee expired on the 24 November 2013. What supprised me more was that my old lounge suit is still on display!
