Terrible service

I received a rain cheque for items advertised on special but was out of stock. I subsequently returned 3times to redeem the voucher and still no stock. A day after the 30 day expiration of the voucher when stock was finally in, I was told the voucher is invalid by a rude floor manager. Nolan phoned me after an email of complaint with a bland apology but no physical resolve of the matter. This is the second time that pick n pay has done this. Their service really.
