Yesterday went to Pick n' Pay Hyper faerie Glen looking for a fridge and the fridge was on promotion of R2999.90 the sales assistant helped me very well, the store never had stock on 1 demo unit that was scratched and with a dent on the side I was willing to take the product but asked for a better price Carren the manager refused to help only R100 off the price. I payed the product nd I was unhappy I then asked Mathews to bubble rap the fridge for me because I will be travelling to JHB wit the fridge, wen I went to fetch the fridge later in the day the product was not wrapped and I went to asked Carren all she could tell me was its Mathews who was wrong, she was not solving anything for me to fix the issue for me... I want to spend R5000 to buy a TV but now I'm not gonna do that ever... Lost a custome
