Frustrating after pathetic service from Edcon... e

My cellphone was a week ago, and on Monday I reported it to Edcons RMC..and asked them to do an urgent SIM swop for me... I'm a businesses man and most of my friends and clients have my no as their contact no..My ref no is 1401272586642 .. They told me that I will have to wait 48 hrs for the SIM swop..Wednesday afternoon I started to call them... at times I hanged on to the answering machine for 30 minutes... today again... I certainly do not know what to do but to report this... if no response then I will. contact the consumer ombudsmen... 702..etc
I certainly don't understand why they have my no... as I do not have an account with Econ... Apparently I said yes to an advertising sms... giving me free airtime... and then Edcon take charge of your no... This is and false advertised
