I purchased a Bed that was on special in December 2013 from Rochester Polokwane. A week later the bed was still not in stock and not delivered. I went to cancel the purchase on January 3, as I had to come back to Gauteng province where i stay full time. I was told the refund will take 7 to 14 working days. to this day (Jan 31) i am still struggling to get my money back. I always email to check how far and the response is always "... Let mie follow up and come back to you..." this is not acceptable, they NEVER get back to me. Now i want my money with interest. I am in Gauteng and i can't even go to their store to get my money. I cannot believe how a simple task can take the whole month. They have breached our agreement.
